In the 19th century, the coiled serpent became a cherished symbol of eternal love, its circular form representing a bond with no beginning and no end. This exquisite antique Victorian snake bangle was crafted by German designer Andreas Daub and is crafted from warm rolled gold, with faceted scales encircling the band, leading to an ornately chased serpent head at each end.
