Dating to the late 19th century, this colourful antique Victorian opal and diamond ring is crafted in sunny 18ct yellow gold and features an intricately carved half-hoop gallery, set with a trio of natural opal cabochons, interspersed with four twinkling single-cut diamonds. Each opal globe displays a vivid play of green, blue and orange that shimmer like a burning celestial fire across the top. Together with the diamonds, they evoke stars scattered across a galaxy, or the ethereal beauty of the aurora borealis against a night sky.
More than a century later, this Victorian opal ring remains in excellent condition and is perfect for stacking alongside other rings from your collection. It would also make a meaningful antique gift for a loved one, with the trilogy of fiery opals symbolising the full spectrum of emotion - or your past, present and future together.
