This beautiful vintage charm bracelet features thirty-one delightful charms, all suspended from a silver curb-link bracelet. Each link is stamped with a sterling Lion stamp and has been gilded in sunny 18ct yellow gold, along with the charms, with a safety chain and heart padlock clasp to hold it secure.
There are so many quirky charms to discover, and some suggest that the original collector had visited the USA and Canada. Included are a scimitar, the Seattle Space Needle, a police helmet, a pair of skis, the Empire State Building, an anchor, a plaque with “Cherokee” written on it, a tomahawk, a Cornish pasty, a wine bucket, a Swiss cowbell, the Statue of Liberty, an elf, a mouse, a football player, a sausage dog, a rocking chair, a train, the Golden Gate Bridge, a soldier on a horse, a wishbone and shamrock, a totem pole, a hare, a tram, a steamboat, a French horn, a Canadian maple leaf, a set of bagpipes, a top hat, a kangaroo, and a Yale key.
This collectable vintage charm bracelet was made in Birmingham in 1963 and is fully hallmarked on the back of the padlock. It’s a delight to explore and each charm has been carefully chosen by its original owner.
