A regal antique Victorian amethyst pearl cluster ring from the late 1800s, crowned with a deep purple round cut amethyst in the centre (approx. 1.2ct), complemented by eight bright white natural pearls around the border.
Amethyst is the birthstone of February and is considered a stone of protection, clarity and tranquillity. Its deep violet colouring has been highly esteemed throughout history, adorning regal jewellery all around the world, from ancient Egypt to the British crown jewels.
The piece is modelled in 15ct gold and features secure claw settings for each stone and engraved grooves down the shoulders. It’s a striking Victorian ring with a beautiful collection of contrasting gems on top.
