A beautifully preserved silver riding brooch from the late 19th Century depicting a long hunting horn with a fox’s head in the centre.
Riding jewellery was popular in the Victorian era and was usually worn by women of social standing who partook in activities such as Riding or hunting and wore these pieces as a symbol of their love for the sport.
It’s a wonderful piece of Victorian history and very collectable.
