A splendid antique Victorian 9ct gold brooch shaped like a riding crop with a wonderful rope twisting around the piece.
Riding jewellery was popular in the Victorian era and was usually worn by women of social standing who partook in activities such as Riding or hunting and wore these pieces as a symbol of their love for the sport.
The brooch is a great collector’s piece and complete with a box from ‘Leslie A Sutcliffe’ to store it in.
