A pretty antique Victorian flower cluster ring from the late 1800s set with six sky-blue turquoise petals with twinkling rose cut diamonds around the edge and within a star in the centre.
Turquoise is considered a stone of good fortune and has long been associated with the forget me not due to the stones matching sky-blue colouring. The flower was a popular motif in the Victorian era and symbolic of undying love and remembrance, making it a popular gift for lovers during long periods of separation.
It’s remained in excellent condition, modelled entirely in 18ct gold and complete with Birmingham hallmarks, dating it to 1871.
