A fabulous vintage opal flower pendant, featuring nine vibrant natural opal cabochons making up the centre and surrounding petals. They display a striking kaleidoscope of colours and total approx. 3.2 carats.
Opal is the birthstone of October and is considered a stone of luck and passion. It has been revered throughout history for its enchanting rainbow of colours that flow and dance across the surface of the stone, evoking the natural beauty of planet Earth or the Aurora Borealis.
The opals are claw set in a wonderful, open-work flower gallery, crafted in 18ct gold with textured detailing across the front and bale. It would look perfect on the end of a gold chain and displays a stunning collection of natural opals.
We recommend you insure for £1,750. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
