A fabulous antique Art Deco bracelet adorned with seven cabochon moonstones along the front with eight blue sapphires dotted in-between. The moonstones graduate in size from 1.8 – 2.5ct in the centre and have a ghostly inner light that floats across the surface.
The mystifying moonstone derives its name from the stone’s ethereal, luminescent light that was once believed to be moonlight in solid form. In Greek mythology they were associated with Selene, the feminine moon Goddess and said to be a path to love, wisdom and new beginnings.
The bracelet is articulated and fitted with a box link chain at the back complete with a box clasp and safety chain. It’s all fashioned in silver and has remained in excellent condition.
