A grand antique Victorian carved half hoop ring from the late 19th Century adorned with five oval cut quartz with a striking blood-red hue. They graduate in size from approx. 0.20ct to 0.60ct in the centre (2.2ct approx. total).
The gallery is crafted in 9ct gold with ornate, scrolling decoration along the sides and further engraving down the shoulders into the band. It’s remained in excellent condition and is complete with Birmingham hallmarks, dating the piece to 1894.
