A fabulous antique Art Nouveau pendant from the early 20th Century crafted in 15ct gold. It has a wonderful open-work design, with flowing foliate motifs and a central flower all decorated with gleaming white pearls.
Pearls are the birthstone of June. A true treasure of the ocean, pearls are desired for their rich, creamy tone and exceptional lustre that is produced organically by fresh and saltwater molluscs. They’ve become symbolic of purity, innocence and loyalty making them a favourite for most brides on their wedding day.
The pendant is accompanied by a long paper-clip link chain and is fitted with a pin at the back so it can also be worn as a brooch. It’s a gorgeous design and has remained in pristine condition.
We recommend you insure for £1,500. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
