Antique Victorian Paste Stone Butterfly Brooch Silver Circa 1880

A beautiful antique butterfly brooch from the late 19^th Century decorated with cushion cut paste stones in green, pink and white to resemble diamonds, emeralds, and rubies.

It’s fashioned in silver and has been fitted with a new pin and catch with the old pin setting still present on the back. It’s a beautiful antique find and complete with a faded hallmark on the clasp which appears to be of European origin.
