If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item — without giving any reason — under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Withdrawal period
The 14-day period begins on the day you, or a third party you have nominated (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. You must notify us of your intention to withdraw before this period expires.

Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or proof of postage, whichever comes first). The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Items must be returned to us unused, unaltered, and in original condition within 14 days of notifying us.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items that have been made to your specification or personalised — including any item that has been resized, engraved, or otherwise customised at your request after purchase.
  • Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
