An elegant antique lavaliere necklace from the early 20th Century featuring a beautiful pendulum pendant consisting of two radiant blue zircons weighing approx. 3ct at the bottom and 1.4ct at the top. They’re both held in 9ct white gold crown settings with a slender bar in between.
Zircon is an ancient mineral that can be found in a variety of different colours. The most popular have a deep sea-green or teal-blue hue and are considered the brightest of the blue gemstones due to their radiant sparkle that has earned them the nickname “starlite”.
It’s a fabulous piece, in excellent condition and hangs from a fine 9ct white gold chain.
