A beautiful antique Edwardian pendant from the early 20th Century adorned with a glowing cabochon moonstone dropper (approx. 7ct) swinging in the centre of a wreath of alternating violet amethysts and white pearls.

The mystifying moonstone derives its name from the stone’s ethereal, luminescent light that was once believed to be moonlight in solid form. In Greek mythology they were associated with Selene, the feminine moon Goddess and said to be a path to love, wisdom and new beginnings.

The pendant is fashioned in 15ct gold and is accompanied by a new 9ct chain to display it on. It’s a distinct piece and boasts a wonderful collection of gemstones that complement each other beautifully.
