An exquisite antique French brooch from the late 19th Century built around a large, double-sided glass window encircled by a fabulous 15ct gold frame complete with French hallmarks and decorated with golden flowers, four white seed pearls and two pink rubies (approx. 0.10ct each).
Ruby is the birthstone of July. They’ve been a favourite of kings and emperors throughout history and are considered a stone of the heart. Its fiery pink/ red hue is symbolic of passion and said to bring good fortune in love and provide long lasting happiness and vitality to any relationship.
