A gorgeous antique Victorian pendant/ brooch from the late 19th Century featuring beautiful open-workmanship and floral motifs decorated with bright white seed pearls and sky-blue turquoise.
Turquoise is considered a stone of good fortune and pearls a stone of loyalty. They were a popular combination in the Victorian era with their soft colours complementing each other perfectly, evoking the calm and serenity of the sky and ocean.
The piece has been skilfully crafted in 18ct gold and has remained in excellent condition. It’s fitted with a pin and pearl studded loop so it can be worn as a brooch or pendant.
