A glamorous Art Deco aquamarine bracelet, made up of open 15ct gold links and eight emerald cut aquamarines, weighing approx. 1.5ct each – 12ct total. They have a clear ocean-blue hue that complements the yellow gold settings beautifully and are flanked by gold beading on either side.
Aquamarine is the birthstone of March. It derives its name from its tranquil, clear blue/ green colouring that emulates the beauty of a tropical ocean or icy glacial waters. It was once believed to be the treasure of Mermaids and is said to bring happiness, good fortune and eternal youth.
This is a fabulous Art Deco bracelet, dating to the early 20th Century. It’s in excellent condition and held by a box clasp, complete with a safety catch and chain for added security when worn.
